Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zayla Paper, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not process electronic payments and only accept Cash on Delivery, we still ensure that our return and refund process is fair and simple. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange only under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • The request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order
  • The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without original packaging

How to Request a Return
To request a return, email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photo(s) of the item showing the defect or issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-4 business days with return instructions, if approved.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery

Refunds
Since all payments are made via Cash on Delivery, refunds are handled as follows:

  • If the item is approved for return after inspection, a replacement may be offered (based on availability)
  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after the return is received and approved

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order details.
